All rental payments are subject to an additional 7% Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Tourism Company tax.

Prices are subject to change without notice.  A 50% deposit is required to reserve your stay. 

Final payment is required no less than 60 days prior to arrival date.

Payment by Check Preferred. Credit Cards accepted, if necessary.
After final payment has been received there will be no refund for cancellation unless another rental can be secured to replace the cancelled dates.
